Who operates the service
NexyBay operates NexyBay Renovation Tracker at reno.nexybay.com. Privacy questions and requests may be sent to support@nexybay.com.
Information you provide
Account details may include an email address, protected credentials, optional display information, and licensing status. Private renovation content may include projects, rooms, measurements, tasks, notes, expenses, photos, documents, contractor details, product selections, and encrypted backups.
Information collected automatically
The service may process essential session data, IP address, browser and device information, security logs, login activity, and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service. Analytics information is included only when analytics are enabled.
How information is used
Information is used to create and maintain accounts, authenticate access, provide encrypted vault storage, process purchases and licensing, deliver requested features, provide support, protect the service, maintain reliability, and comply with legal or accounting obligations.
Browser-side encryption
Private renovation content is designed to be encrypted in the customer’s browser before cloud storage. The server stores the encrypted vault. The vault password or Emergency Recovery Code is needed to decrypt it, and account-password reset does not recover the vault password.
Passwords and recovery
The account password signs the customer into NexyBay. The vault password unlocks encrypted content. The Emergency Recovery Code is a customer-controlled recovery method. NexyBay cannot restore encrypted content when both the vault password and usable recovery code are lost.
Payment processing
PayPal or another disclosed payment provider processes payment credentials. NexyBay does not store full card numbers, bank-account numbers, or PayPal passwords, but may retain order, transaction-reference, refund, and licensing records.
Sharing and service providers
Information may be shared with hosting, email, payment, security, backup, and technical providers only as needed for their function, or with authorities when legally required. NexyBay does not sell customer personal information.
Cookies
The website may use essential account, session, WordPress, WooCommerce, security, preference, and payment-provider cookies. Analytics cookies are used only if enabled and disclosed.
Retention and deletion
Retention depends on the category of information, operational needs, backups, accounting obligations, fraud prevention, and legal requirements. Deleting an encrypted vault is different from deleting an entire account or records that must be retained.
Customer choices
Customers may update account details, download and restore encrypted backups, delete vault data, request a privacy export, and request erasure where applicable.
Security
NexyBay uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information processed. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Children and regional rights
The service is intended for adults. Depending on where a customer lives, additional rights may apply concerning access, correction, deletion, portability, or appeal.
Policy changes and contact
Material changes may be communicated through an updated date, posted notice, account notice, or email when appropriate. Contact support@nexybay.com and never send passwords, recovery words, or payment credentials.
