Know the difference
Your account password and vault password serve separate purposes.
Account password
Signs you into your NexyBay account and can be reset through email.
Vault password
Unlocks encrypted renovation content. Resetting the account password does not recover it.
Emergency Recovery Code
Store it privately and separately. It can unlock the vault when the vault password is forgotten.
Payment privacy
Payment credentials stay with the payment processor.
PayPal processes card, bank-account, and PayPal-login credentials. NexyBay may retain limited purchase and license records needed for delivery, refunds, and support.
