Digital purchases are generally final
NexyBay Renovation Tracker Plus is a digitally delivered software license. Once Plus access or the license has been delivered, the purchase is generally final. Refunds are not ordinarily provided for change of mind, lack of use, preference for another product, or expectations concerning features that were not advertised.
Situations NexyBay will review
NexyBay will review confirmed duplicate charges, payment without usable delivery, unauthorized purchases, licensing errors attributable to NexyBay, verified material software defects, and remedies required by applicable law.
Technical support comes first
NexyBay receives a reasonable opportunity to identify and correct the problem, provide troubleshooting, repair a licensing or delivery error, supply a replacement license, or offer a reasonable workaround before a refund is considered.
How to request review
Email support@nexybay.com with the purchase email, order number, approximate date, license reference, description, exact error message, device, browser, safe screenshots, and steps already attempted. Never send passwords, recovery words, or payment credentials.
Duplicate charges and failed delivery
A confirmed duplicate payment may be refunded while the valid purchase remains active. If payment completed but delivery failed, NexyBay will first attempt to provide the purchased access and may refund when fulfillment cannot be completed.
Verified software defects
A refund may be considered when a material Plus capability described at purchase cannot be provided, the issue can be reasonably verified, it is not primarily caused by unsupported configuration or customer action, and NexyBay cannot correct it within a reasonable period.
Effect of a refund
The Plus license may be revoked, the account may return to Starter, and the refunded license may no longer activate Plus. Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, accounting, and dispute records may be retained.
Chargebacks and legal rights
Customers are encouraged to contact NexyBay first. Payment providers apply their own dispute rules. Nothing in this policy limits consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
