Agreement and operator
These Terms govern NexyBay Renovation Tracker, reno.nexybay.com, related applications, resources, and digital products. NexyBay operates the service and may be contacted at support@nexybay.com.
Eligibility and accounts
Customers must be adults legally able to enter an agreement, provide accurate information, protect credentials, and remain responsible for account activity.
Starter access
Starter is free and does not automatically convert into a paid subscription. Current feature and usage limits will be displayed in the service.
Plus access and pricing
Plus is offered as a one-time digital software purchase under the terms shown at checkout. It is not an automatically renewing subscription unless expressly disclosed otherwise. Later price changes do not create new charges for completed purchases.
Payment and digital delivery
Payment credentials are processed by PayPal or another disclosed provider. NexyBay may retain limited order and licensing records. Customers must provide an accurate purchase email and contact support when delivery fails.
Refunds
Delivered digital software purchases are generally final. NexyBay reviews duplicate charges, failed delivery, unauthorized purchases, licensing errors attributable to NexyBay, verified material defects, and remedies required by law. The Refund Policy controls the detailed process.
License use
The customer receives a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. Resale, sublicensing, shared unauthorized activation, circumvention, and extraction of source code are prohibited except where law expressly permits otherwise.
Customer content and encrypted vault
Customers retain ownership of their renovation content and grant only the permission needed to provide storage, transmission, backup, and restore. Private vault content may be encrypted in the browser before cloud storage.
Passwords, recovery, and backups
The account password and vault password serve different purposes. Customers must protect the vault password, Emergency Recovery Code, and encrypted backups. NexyBay cannot restore encrypted content when both recovery methods are lost.
Acceptable use
Customers may not violate law, upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, abuse licenses, circumvent limits, or upload content without authority.
Resources and professional responsibility
Printables and guides are for personal project use and may not be resold or republished commercially. NexyBay is an organizational tool and does not replace architects, engineers, contractors, inspectors, legal counsel, financial advisers, or safety professionals.
Measurements and colors
Customers must verify measurements, quantities, materials, color codes, and specifications before ordering or installation. Screen previews may differ from physical products because of display, lighting, texture, sheen, and manufacturing variation.
Third parties and contractors
NexyBay does not control contractor performance or every third-party platform. Hosting, WordPress, WooCommerce, PayPal, email, security, browsers, devices, and operating systems may have separate terms and availability.
Availability and intellectual property
NexyBay may maintain, secure, improve, modify, or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical. NexyBay retains ownership of software, branding, design, guides, and non-customer content.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis to the fullest extent allowed by law. NexyBay does not guarantee uninterrupted service, contractor performance, project results, perfect device compatibility, or loss-proof storage. Liability is limited where legally permitted.
Suspension, governing law, and changes
Accounts or licenses may be restricted for fraud, abuse, reversed payment, security risk, unlawful activity, or material violations. Virginia law governs where permitted. Revised Terms may be posted with an updated date and additional notice when appropriate.
